The service
QuietLoop AI provides local visibility services: website design and maintenance, Google Business Profile optimization, review systems, booking setup, and related digital work, as described in your written quote or plan selection.
Ownership
You own your business assets: your domain, content, customer data, Google Business Profile, review history, and third-party accounts. Accounts are registered in your name wherever the platform allows.
QuietLoop retains and licenses the underlying managed website system, source code, reusable components, and internal frameworks while your subscription is active. You may purchase the website through the buyout option stated in your written agreement.
Billing
Setup, implementation, discovery, and build fees are billed according to the milestones in your written proposal. Monthly management begins when the website or managed service goes live, unless the proposal states otherwise.
Standalone managed services carry a 3-month minimum. Local Everything carries a 6-month initial commitment. Signature Builds follow the term in their written agreement. After the initial term, recurring services continue month to month unless agreed otherwise and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice by email.
Third-party costs - including domains, advertising, premium software, SMS, AI or voice usage beyond an included allowance, and app-store fees - are identified separately when they apply.
Cancellation and buyout
When a managed website subscription ends, the website remains subject to the access, grace-period, export, and offline terms in your written agreement. Your client-owned business assets and third-party accounts remain yours.
A website buyout is available at any time at the amount stated in your proposal or current written quote. Outstanding invoices must be paid before any licensed website code is transferred.
What we promise - and don't
We promise the work: the deliverables listed in your plan, done on schedule, reported monthly. We do not and cannot promise specific Google rankings - no honest provider can, because Google controls Google.
We never buy reviews, gate reviews, or use tactics that put your listing at risk of suspension.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for changes made by third-party platforms like Google.
Governing law
