How quickly do I get my quotation?

Within 24 hours of sending the discovery form. It arrives by email with the exact features included, the flat price, the timeline, and payment instructions. The instant estimate you see on screen right after submitting gives you the ballpark straight away.

Is the discovery chat really free?

Completely. No card, no commitment, no follow-up sequence. And if automation isn’t the right answer for you yet, we’ll say exactly that — a $0 spreadsheet recommendation has gone out more than once.

How do I pay?

By Interac e-Transfer to gupta.rashika@gmail.com — that is the only payment address we use, and we will never ask you to send money anywhere else. Full steps are on the payment page. Card payments are coming soon.

I paid but lost my tracking ID. What now?

No stress — email us at gupta.rashika@gmail.com with your project name and the email you paid with, and we’ll send it back to you within 1 business day. It’s also in your payment confirmation email — worth a quick search for “QuietLoop”.

How do I follow my project’s progress?

Every paid project gets a tracking ID (like QL-XXXXXX). Enter it on the Track Your Project page any time to see the current stage, your assigned expert, the delivery ETA, and updates — live, no need to email and wait.

What if I don’t like what you build?

You’ll never meet the finished thing cold. At the review stage you get a private preview link to test the build yourself, plus a feedback box on your tracking page — tell us what’s off and we fix it before delivery. And our fair-start promise: if we haven’t started your build yet, any payment is 100% refundable.

My deadline moved up. Can you deliver faster?

Often, yes. Email us with your tracking ID and the new date, and we’ll tell you honestly whether a rush is doable and what it would take. If we can’t make it, we’ll say so plainly rather than promise and slip.

Do I own what you build?

Yes — everything. Automations are built on your accounts, the website and domain are registered to you, and you get a recorded handover. If we part ways tomorrow, it all keeps working and it’s all yours.

I’m not technical at all. Is that a problem?

It’s the whole point. We explain everything in plain English, hand over a walkthrough video and a one-page cheat sheet, and stay reachable after delivery. If you can use email, you can use what we build.

Is there a student discount?

Yes — 20% off any Everyday & Student plan with a valid student ID. Mention it in the discovery form and it’s applied to your quotation automatically.
