When you submit our discovery form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, business or project name, email, phone (optional), industry, the kind of automation you’re interested in, and the description you write. That’s it — no hidden trackers, no advertising pixels.

To reply to your inquiry and prepare for your discovery call
To design an automation plan if you decide to work with us
To keep simple internal records of our client conversations

What we never do

Sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, ever
Add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for
Share your details with third parties, except tools we use to operate (e.g., our email provider) under strict confidentiality
