What we collect
When you request an audit or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, email, and optionally a phone number, links to your website or Google listing, and your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site running and prevent abuse.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare your audit, and - if you become a client - deliver the services you hired us for. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in a secured database and in our email. Our infrastructure providers (website hosting, database, and email delivery) may process data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
Lead information is kept while it's useful for serving you, and deleted on request. Email us and we'll remove your records within 30 days.
Your rights
Under Canada's PIPEDA, you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and a person will handle it.
