What we need from you

  • Accurate business details

    Provide current contact details, services, hours, policies, service areas, and any legal wording that customers must see.

  • Brand assets and approved content

    Supply available logos, photos, brand files, offers, and source content that QuietLoop may use. You confirm that supplied material is accurate and licensed for use.

  • Website and domain access

    Provide timely administrator or DNS access to the current website, domain, analytics, and Search Console accounts when they are needed.

  • Timely approvals and feedback

    Review requested decisions and consolidated feedback within the agreed review windows so the delivery schedule can stay on track.

  • One authorised contact

    Name a person who can provide access, collect internal feedback, and approve scope, content, and launch decisions for the business.

Not included or separately billed

Only relevant possible extras are shown; they apply only when the approved solution needs them.

  • Domain registration

    Domain purchase, renewal, transfer, and premium-domain fees are separate unless the written agreement expressly includes them.

  • Premium software and licensed assets

    Paid plugins, specialist software, stock photography, fonts, or other licensed assets are quoted separately when the approved solution requires them.

  • Ongoing search marketing

    Advertising spend, campaign management, regular Local SEO content, citation work, and guaranteed rankings are not part of a managed website unless separately listed.

  • Work outside the approved scope

    Extra pages, locations, integrations, revision rounds, campaigns, or feature work require written approval and may be separately quoted.
