The setup fee covers the initial implementation. Recurring billing begins 30 days after checkout, subject to any different date confirmed in the signed agreement.
SharedSupport and revisions
Support covers the allowance stated in this report and the signed agreement. Requests beyond that allowance, new functionality, or additional revision cycles are scoped separately before work starts.
SharedCancellation and service handoff
Notice periods, any minimum term, export or handoff options, and the effect of cancellation are stated in the signed agreement. Outstanding approved fees remain payable.
SharedClient-owned accounts and data
The client retains ownership of its domain, content, customer data, Google Business Profile, and third-party accounts. QuietLoop receives only the access needed to deliver the service.
