Quotes & pricing

Every project starts with a free discovery call, after which you get a written quote. The quote matches the pricing on this site, and it doesn’t change unless the scope does — and any scope change is agreed in writing before extra work begins.

Payment

Setup fees: 50% to begin, 50% on launch (or full payment up front if you prefer)
Monthly care plans: billed monthly, cancel anytime — effective the next billing cycle, no penalties
Student discount: 20% off any plan with a valid student ID

Ownership

Everything we build is set up on accounts you own. When a project ends, your automations keep running, your data stays yours, and you owe us nothing further.

Our 30-day support promise

For 30 days after launch, fixes and adjustments to what we built are free — even without a care plan. If something we set up breaks because of our work, we fix it free at any time.

What we ask of you

Access to the tools we’re connecting (you keep the passwords; we’ll show you safe ways to share access)
Timely feedback during the build so we can keep things moving
Honesty about what’s working — we’d rather fix it than have you live with it

The friendly exit clause

If you’re ever unhappy mid-project, tell us. We’ll either make it right or part ways gracefully — you pay only for work completed, and you keep everything built so far.
