You’ll design and build automations (Zapier, Make, chatbots, email platforms) for small business clients, then teach them how it works — patiently, kindly, jargon-free. Experience with no-code tools required; a customer-service heart even more so.

Perfect if you’re the friend who automated your study group’s deadline tracker. You’ll build everyday automations for student clients (you literally are the target user), shadow client calls, and ship real work from week one.

You’ll turn our builds into cheat sheets, guides, and walkthroughs that a non-technical florist can read without flinching. If you can explain webhooks using a mailbox metaphor, we want to read your writing.
